I chose the video entitled "Lost Generation." I first saw this video over a year ago and was so moved by its message that I shared it with everyone I could. Watching it again today gave me goosebumps, just like it did the first time. This video demonstrates the power of a generation through one voice. I think it also shows the importance of having a positive attitude as teachers. Rather than believing kids are lazy, apathetic, and unmotivated, we should not only believe in their potential, but allow them to discover this fact and push them to discover their own power.
